In this series, Chef Roble Ali travels across the country to get his hands dirty, working with fresh ingredients at the source of deliciousness, with stops in Washington, Florida, New York and Vermont.

Thursday, March 10 - Chef Roble Ali's visits a Brooklyn smokehouse.
Friday, March 11 - Chef Roble Ali visits dairies in Woodstock and Grafton, Vermont to learn how cheese is made.
