Mark Lepselter, founder of MAXX Sports & Entertainment (originally Maxximum Marketing), has overseen the boutique agency’s growth since it was initially formed in 1995.  Today, MAXX is a powerful broadcasting, branding, endorsement, entertainment, and literary firm, representing top talent from the baseball, basketball, football, and hockey worlds, as well as talented career broadcasters and personalities from other backgrounds. Through it all, Mark has been the relentless force that has guided the firm toward its current position at the center of the sports broadcasting universe.

Mark has always supported the notion that it is best to never limit one’s horizons and that belief has helped MAXX diversify its roster of clients, while utilizing his deep relationships to secure contracts in television, radio, digital, and all other aspects of media. Mark is also a firm believer that building relationships is an essential aspect of business and one of the pillars of his success. After all, it is because of his strong relationships with executives at all of the top broadcasting networks and platforms that Mark has continually been able to present his clients with many of the most highly coveted opportunities in the industry.  Those engagements have included The Olympics, The World Cup, The Super Bowl, The World Series, The Stanley Cup Finals, The Golden Globes, and many more.

Over the course of Mark's career he has negotiated tens of millions of dollars in contracts for his vast array of clients, earning a reputation as an aggressive, yet fair negotiator, as well as a loyal individual.

A lifelong New Yorker with a passion for sports and sports information, Gil Pagovich is a leader in the sports marketing world, creating and finding opportunities for athletes and entertainers alike.

He attended Syracuse University where he received degrees in both broadcast journalism and political science. While in school, Gil hosted his own sports talk show, which was the fourth rated show in the market at the time it aired, and later returned to New York in pursuit of a career in sports journalism.

After a couple of on-air stints, Gil made his foray into sports marketing, where he developed great relationships throughout the industry and a passion for finding opportunities for talent in corporate America.

Specifically, Gil works to find long term opportunities for MAXX Sports & Entertainment’s clients, creating, nurturing, and selling their brand to some of the biggest companies in the US and Canada. While often working with current athletes, Gil also helps retired athletes maintain their brands through partnerships once their careers on the field are over.

In addition to sports marketing, Gil spent seven years as an adjunct instructor at New York University since 1995 teaching a class entitled "The Sports Agent" in the school's Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism, and Sports Management.

Gil has been quoted as an expert in the media on the topics of sports business, having been featured in The New York Times, The Daily News, Newsday,, The Sports Business Daily, The Philadelphia Daily News, Florida Times Union, The Baltimore Sun, Reuters and The Fort Worth Star Telegram amongst others. Gil has also appeared on TV, WBIS TV NY, Court TV, ESPN's "Outside The Lines" and CNN's Wolf Blitzer Reports.
